Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Damaged/Defective Item Return Request.” Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 7 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item(s). Please make sure to include your sale receipt with your return package.
  4. Ship the damaged or defective item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving the return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to verify the damage or defect. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will process a replacement for the same item, or if the item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price, including any shipping fees paid.

Please note that any items returned without a valid sales receipt will not be accepted, and no replacement or store credit will be issued.

Non-Damaged Items / All Sales Are Final

As previously mentioned, all sales made on our website are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-damaged items, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or preferences.
  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before making a purchase).
  • Dislike of the color or style.
  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales.
